Boris Johnson Thanks Immigrant Nurses Who Helped Save His Life
In yet another great Coronavirus irony, a grateful Boris Johnson named several of the staff at St. Thomas’ Hospital for saving his life. In so doing, he noted that several are immigrants to the UK. Will his brush with death change his opinion on Brexit? Don’t count on it. But I hope that as the UK continues the painful process of leaving Europe, people will remember this moment.
